Just thought I'd pop back in. I've been too curious about how everyone is doing! I don't really have the time to post much with a busy three year old running me ragged:)

Hi IC, I figured you would remember the Buckeye:) I figure you're too ornery too die!! Had to wait to see the Wolverines win one but it might be the last for awhile:)

Seriously though one of my best friends passed away with cancer almost 2 years ago so I'm happy to hear anyone beating it. You need to be around to chase the boys away from your girls!!

Life's good here. My stepkids are great, my three year old son is great and, huge surprise, I'm pregnant and due this summer!! Since I'm 42 (almost 43) and husband is 46, it's changing some of our plans but I'm really lucky to have a great husband and kids so it'll just be a little mroe chaos - nothing we can't handle. About the only "issue" is that I'm still feeling a little isolated where I am and missing my friends in Ohio:) The people here don't feel quite as friendly and welcoming as in the midwest. I think that's why I kind feel like gravitating back on-line where I "know" people and have friends.

God doesn't want me and the Devil is afraid of me......so I'm stuck here for awhile until they can come to concessions as to which one is going to put up with me for all of eternity.

I'm sorry for your loss. I hate hearing of anyone being taken by this stuff but it happens all too often.

Oh and Hi Colleen. I missed your post. Yep we missed each other. I started on the Divorce Busting boards back in 2005 and somehow followed a friend over to the SSM forum in 2006?(I think) I didn't really belong but liked the people and "conversations." I had a son back in 2008 and posting really slowed down. Good to "meet" you!!
